The event coordinator is responsible for organising the event, finding the appropriate venue and coordinating with everyone involved about the operational aspect of the event.

  • Plan the club events by gathering members feedback.

Team Leader
The team leader leads their current club and is the main person to run their meeting schedule according to the agenda of the event. They are also the single point of contact for members and their guests.
