The leadership team has the authority to put a member on probation or open a member's classification for failure to comply with the Member Policies and the Code of Ethics.

1. Only one person from each occupation category can join a club of REDL Connect Networking. Each member can only hold one classification in a club.

2. Members must represent their primary professional occupation or trade.

3. Members who wish to change their classification must submit a new membership application for approval.

4. An individual can only be a member of one REDL Connect Networking club.

5. Members must arrive on time and stay for the entire duration of the meeting time.

6. A member is allowed five absences within a continuous 12-month period. If a member cannot attend for emergency reasons, they may send a substitute in their place and will not count as an absence.

7. Members are expected to be engaged in the club by bringing qualified referrals or visitors to the meeting.

8. All REDL Connect members profile lists are for the purpose of giving referrals only. Before sending any marketing or business solicitation communications to club members, the recipient must give their consent. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.

This Membership Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your subscription to the REDL Connect membership ("Membership"). By registering for the Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1 The Membership fee per month under each package is shown at the checkout, payable in advance.

2.2 The Membership term is twelve (12) months, commencing on the date of your registration ("Commencement Date").

2.3 Payment is due on the same day each month as the Commencement Date. If the Commencement Date falls on a non-business day, payment will be processed on the next business day.

2.4 After the initial twelve (12) month period, the Membership will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods on the same payment terms unless you notify us of your intent to terminate the Membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.

2.5 In the event of a significant increase in Membership fees, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the renewal date. You will have the option to cancel the Membership without penalty before the new fees take effect.

3.1 You must provide a valid credit card or other acceptable payment method at the time of registration.

3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current and valid throughout the Membership term.

4.1 If a payment is declined due to an expired or cancelled credit card, or any other reason, you will be notified and required to provide updated payment information within seven (7) days.

4.2 If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the due date, your Membership may be suspended until payment is made.

4.3 A late payment fee of $100.00 will be applied to any payment not received by the due date.

5.1 If your account remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover the outstanding fees.

5.2 You will be responsible for all costs associated with the debt collection process, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and any additional costs incurred.

5.3 The debt collection agency may report your delinquency to credit reporting agencies, which may affect your credit rating.

6.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice.

6.2 If you cancel your Membership before the end of the twelve (12) month term, you will be liable for the full amount of the remaining unpaid fees for the entire twelve (12) month period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Membership term.

6.3 If you cancel your Membership, you will be responsible for all fees due up to and including the effective date of cancellation.

6.4 We reserve the right to terminate your Membership immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment of fees. In such cases, you will still be liable for the full amount of the remaining unpaid fees for the entire twelve (12) month period.

7.1 You may change your payment method at any time by updating your payment information through your account settings.

7.2 Any changes to your payment method will take effect on the next billing cycle.

8.1 REDL Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will not exceed $1 for the Membership during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and REDL Connect regarding your Membership and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Membership constitutes your acceptance of any amended terms.

Membership subscription agreements are subject to change without notice. 

1. There is an initial training and assessment fee which is included in the membership plan. Membership fees are paid annually and the membership plan is valid for a 12 month duration.

2. REDL Connect Networking may establish individual clubs in every city or suburb with people interested in developing a referral-based business. In addition, REDL Connect Networking reserves the right to setup more than one club per suburb or city where demand of services are

requested.

3. Membership fees are payable 30 days prior to the due date. Members not paid by the first day of the month they are due, are

considered late and will be assessed a late charge. If fees are not paid within seven (7) days, the Member will be officially dropped by

REDL Connect Networking.

4. Fees are non-refundable. 

5. Fees cannot be transferred from one member to another unless the fees are from the same company.

6. REDL Connect Networking is a private service business provided by the parent company Nestland Property Group, or any of its

Subsidiaries, reserve the absolute right to terminate a member’s membership and discontinue a member's participation in the organisation and/or club for any reason and at their sole and absolute discretion. If a member’s membership is terminated, the member’s membership will end and no refund or compensation will be given.

7. A member's membership expires at the end of the membership term. A member may apply to renew their membership. Following an application for renewal, Regional Director's approval of the renewal, and the member's payment of the next membership period's fees, the membership will be renewed for a further membership term. The renewal of the member’s membership is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Regional Director, State Director or REDL Connect Networking. If the member’s membership is not renewed, the member’s membership will end and the member is not entitled to any compensation whatsoever.

8. A business that has paid the membership fee for their representative has the first right to replace their representative. The proposed "new" representative must be approved by the Regional Director. If the business does not exercise this right within 14 days of the cessation of the “current” representative’s participation in REDL Connect Networking on behalf of the business, the "current" member representative may become a member in their own right or as a representative of a new business by submitting a new Application Form with payment, if applicable. We suggest that arrangements regarding REDL Connect Networking membership be clarified between the representatives and their businesses "before" submitting an Application Form.

9. Fees paid are only transferable from one person to another if they are from the same business, and cannot be transferred between existing members (ie memberships cannot be merged). The replacement applicant must be approved by the Regional Director.

10. All members are expected to contribute to the Club's management by serving at least one term on the Leadership Team.

11. Each member agrees not to take any action or make any claim against any member of the Club or the Leadership Team for any matter relating to REDL Connect Networking business. If a member does so, they must indemnify the member or the member of the Leadership Team for any and all losses suffered as a consequence (including but not limited to legal costs) and their membership may be immediately terminated.

12. Each member will indemnify REDL Connect Networking against any liability for statements or actions the member may make or take that result

in liability for REDL Connect Networking.
